Cancellation policy
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you can’t make your appointment, we are happy to reschedule, just let us know more than two days before your visit.
To secure your appointment we require a $100 deposit. This is non-refundable and will be subtracted from the cost of your appointment.
If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice, your deposit will stay under your name for the next time you are in.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, we will charge your deposit (you won’t be able to redeem it at a later date).
We will send you a reminder text one week before your appointment. This would be a great time to let us know if you can’t make it, and we can reschedule you in.
We appreciate your understanding - we do have a waitlist and need to make sure all is fair for both our team and our clients.
